Established in 2025, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Atlanta (CIFAL Atlanta) is hosted in partnership with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA) and the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) in Atlanta, USA.

Established in 2023, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Bangkok (CIFAL Bangkok) is hosted by the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand. It provides a range of learning opportunities and facilitates knowledge sharing between public servants and leaders from Asia-Pacific countries to strengthen capacities, improve the decision-making process, and encourage sustainable development.

Established in 2023, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in the Gambia (CIFAL Banjul) is hosted by the University of The Gambia (UTG) in Banjul, Gambia. The centre provides a range of learning opportunities, to enhance capabilities, refine decision-making processes, and foster knowledge exchange between public servants and leaders of the African Region countries to improve the decision-making processes and encourage sustainable development.

Established in 2023, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Portugal (CIFAL Cascais) is hosted by the Nova School of Business and Economics located in Cascais, Portugal. The centre provides a range of learning opportunities for empowering and training people through the transfer of knowledge and best practices, encouraging cross-sectoral collaboration through world-class training courses and research to contribute to a sustainable future.

Established in 2022, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in London (CIFAL City of London) is hosted by MLA College in London, United Kingdom. The centre provides a range of learning opportunities, exchange best practices, support the improvement of decision-making and leadership in the maritime sector to promote sustainability.

Established in 2003, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Brazil (CIFAL Curitiba) is hosted by the Federation of Industries of the Paraná State System (Fiep System) in Curitiba, Brazil. The centre provides training opportunities aimed at building the capacities of key decision-makers at various levels to plan and sustainably design cities, and to address key dimensions of sustainable development.

Established in 2019, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Senegal (CIFAL Dakar) is hosted by the Municipality of Dakar in Dakar, Senegal. The centre aims to strengthen the capacities of government authorities, private sector representatives and civil society leaders in the areas of urban governance and planning, capacity for Agenda 2030, and social Inclusion.

Established in 2022, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Qatar (CIFAL Doha) was created in collaboration with The Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Centre (ROLACC) to create a framework enabling the permanent exchange of experience and expertise in the Gulf Region through strategic partnerships and training activities.

Established in 2024, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in the Dominican Republic (CIFAL Dominican Republic) is hosted by La Liga Municipal Dominicana (LMD). CIFAL Dominican Republic's primary mission is to provide a range of research-informed learning opportunities and facilitate knowledge sharing between public servants and leaders from Central American and Caribbean countries to strengthen capacities, improve decision-making processes, and promote sustainable development.

Established in 2004, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in South Africa (CIFAL Durban) is hosted by the eThekwini Municipality. CIFAL Durban provides training to local government authorities to help them identify the most pressing development challenges, conduct strategic urban planning processes, and respond more effectively to local development issues. The centre plays a key role in strengthening governance by enhancing the capacities of local authorities in South Africa.
