Established in 2019, CIFAL Dakar was hosted by the Municipality of Dakar in Dakar, Senegal. Mr. Mamadou Mbow
Mamadou Mbow is an experienced professional in legal affairs and municipal governance, currently serving as the Director of the Training and Development Center for Municipal Staff for the City of Dakar. With over a decade of service in public administration, he has held key roles, including Inspector General of Municipal Services, Technical Advisor to the Mayor of Dakar on legal matters, and Legal and Litigation Officer. His expertise lies in enhancing municipal operations and supporting effective governance.
Mr. Mbow holds advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Legal Sciences, specializing in Public Law and International Relations, from Cheikh Anta Diop University and the École Nationale d’Économie Appliquée in Dakar. In addition, he has received certification in Political Leadership from the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation. Dedicated to fostering local development, Mr. Mbow continues to contribute to the improvement of municipal services and capacity-building in Senegal.
