Established in 2023, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Georgia (CIFAL Tbilisi) was created as a partnership between Europe Foundation and UNITAR with the vision of empowering civil society and local authorities in Georgia and the EaP region.

Established in 2021, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Victoria (CIFAL Victoria), delivers training activities and research that build on UVic's commitments to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP). It connects the region with the global community and supports international knowledge-sharing and partnerships.

Established in 2020, the International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in Toronto (CIFAL York) was created within the premises of the University campus in Toronto, Canada.CIFAL York provides a range of learning opportunities and facilitates knowledge sharing between public servants and leaders of the Western Hemisphere to strengthening their capacities, improving the decision-making process and encouraging sustainable development.
