Events
UNITAR and ADN to host Third World Negotiation Day
30 November, 2023 from 3:00 - 6:00 P.M. CEST
Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland
UNITAR and ADN Group will jointly host the Third Edition of World Negotiation Day at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, uniting the world’s most renowned contributors to peaceful negotiations, conflict resolution and successful mediations in all the fields of work of the United Nations. The event will conclude with an award ceremony in which a carefully selected jury of high-level individuals will vote for ‘Best Negotiator of the Year’.
Nominations for the “Negotiator of the Year” award will be accepted until 20 October 2023. Kindly email anna.wollmann@unitar.org for more information.

UNITAR’s Division for Multilateral Diplomacy activities cover a wide range of policy domains, including bilateral and multilateral negotiation, environmental and climate change diplomacy, economic diplomacy, international law, human rights, diplomatic protocol, Agenda 2030 and other related topics, as well as capacities and skills development activities such as diplomatic report writing, public speaking, media relations and negotiation techniques, among many others.
