政府利用多边会议作为实现国际政策目标的手段,有时是唯一的手段。无论是在联合国大会还是在气候变化谈判中,越来越多的工作人员发现自己在多边会议中的代表角色。
本在线课程将帮助参与者提高作为会议代表的表现。课程的最后,他们将能够理解会议如何展开,解释非正式协商的重要性,以及最重要的是,会制定战略,以实现自己的目标。
课程怎样运作?
本课程将通过联合国训练研究所的电子学习平台教授,并且会提供各类多媒体系统的支持。在课程的学习中, 学员可以自己调整自己的学习进度并且可以在论坛中同其他学员交流想法。学员还可以和同行取得联系,包括联合国训练研究所的工作人员以及在线专家。
在线专家是有多边会议经验的中国外交官。他将会跟进课程,并且随时回答学员的提问。本课程还有个人评估,用来检测学员对课程的理解。通过所有评估的学员将会受到联合国训练研究所的官方证书。
