18 June 2020, Geneva, Switzerland - Strong demand for the online course on Trade and Food Security has prompted UNITAR and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to relaunch the course in French for Sub-Saharan African countries. UNITAR invites young entrepreneurs in Egypt, Iraq, and Lebanon to apply to the Great Ideas Space 2022: Entrepreneurship for Public Health and COVID-19 Recovery.
The online programme will train participants on knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and public health.
Top performers will progress to an extended phase of the programme with in-depth training and mentoring. They will also be invited to a regional and/or Japan-based workshop.
