UNOSAT took part in an innovative initiative in the area of artistic imaging leading to an exhibition in Geneva in March 2011 and a permanent exhibition in Karlsruhe. The two day workshop “Introduction on Conference Diplomacy” is intended to familiarize junior diplomats with the world of conference diplomacy and help them overcome obstacles. UNITAR and UNDP have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate on a number of areas including executive training on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) to strengthen the capacity of decision-makers in Least Developed Countries.
