南スーダンではインターネット環境が十分に整っておらず、研修生が携帯電話などの低容量のデータ環境でも学べるよう、成人向けのマイクロラーニングを取り入れた無料アプリEdAppを活用します。また、インターネット接続に必要な機材も用意しています。
