2023年は、ユニタール創立60周年・広島事務所設立20周年の節目となる、我々にとって格別な一年となりました。日本とジュネーブで、ユニタール諮問委員会メンバー、パートナー、研修修了生、サポーターと共に多くのイベントを行いました。
たくさんの素晴らしい思い出とともに一年を締めくくるにあたり、20年先も私たちがより持続可能で、平和で、繁栄した社会で暮らせるよう、引き続き世界に貢献していく努力を続けます。

As far as he can remember, Algerian born Noureddine Benaidja always expressed interest for a position in the public sector, not a surprise as both his parents pursued their careers working for the government. After four years at Alger's Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), he started to work for the Interior Ministry since 2001. He then studied law, both in Algeria and in France.
