国連ユニタールイラク奨学プログラムは、イラクの社会経済の安定に貢献する地域に根ざしたビジネスの発展と強化のために、若手起業家の育成とリーダーシップスキルの向上を図る研修プログラムです。本研修の目的は、ハードスキル(理論・手法・ツールなど)とソフトスキル(自己および対人関係に関するスキル)の両方を強化することです。ハードスキルとしては、事業立ち上げや実施に必要な計画立案、ビジネス/収益戦略、ニーズアセスメント、営業・マーケティング戦略、モニタリング評価の手法などについて学びます。ソフトスキルとしては、事業運営に必要なチームワーク戦略、コミュニケーションやプレゼン、リーダーシップ、課題の特定と解決に必要なスキルなどを学んでいきます。
