Uppsala (Sweden) 10 June 2010: At the occasion of a lecture by Dr. Carlos Lopes, UNITAR and the Dag Hammarskjöld Foundation (DHF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The report looks at innovative solutions throughout the disaster cycle, from emergency preparedness and alerts to recovery and reconstruction. 28 March 2024, Hiroshima, Japan – UNITAR and the Hiroshima Prefectural Government signed the Eighth Special Purpose Grant Agreement, for fiscal years 2024 to 2026.
