多くの人々にとって、汚職や金融犯罪は抽象的な概念に思えるかもしれません。しかし実は、世界中の何億もの人々の日々の生活にかかわる、極めて実体的な影響力をもっています。汚職や金融犯罪は、選挙や民主主義、法の支配を揺るがし、人権を損ないます。人々が社会で共に生きることを妨げます。地域によっては、情勢不安やテロ拡大を助長してもいます。そして、ほとんどすべての場所で、最終的には持続可能な開発を抑制しています。
汚職や金融犯罪は多面的な問題であり、総合的なアプローチと多様な主体が参画する戦略をもって取り組まなければなりません。
私たちの汚職対策研修では、この問題の複雑さや様々な要因、広範囲にわたる影響について、参加者の感性を高めます。行政、市民社会団体やメディアなどから集まる研修生は、戦略を見出し、それぞれの実態に即した自分ならではのアプローチを磨き、この犯罪に立ち向かうための明確な方法を手にするべく学びます。プログラムを通じて、説明責任や誠実さの文化を広める自信と技能を身に付けます。私たちのプログラムでは、関係機関や関係者の、金融犯罪を効率よく認識し、精査し、対応する能力を高める包括的なアプローチをとっています。
