2023年3月1日・広島 - 国連訓練調査研究所（ユニタール）持続可能な繫栄局・広島事務所では、「津波防災に関わる女性のリーダーシップ研修」の一環で、東日本大震災から12年を迎える3月11日にサモアで追悼式を行います。太平洋小島嶼国の防災に携わる女性たちと、石巻市で女性を主体とした復興支援に取り組んできたNPO団体「石巻復興支援ネットワーク（現やっぺす）」の関係者とをオンラインでつなぎ、祈りをささげます。(日時：2023年3月7日（火） – 3月11日（土）), 本研修は2016年より、宮城・和歌山・東京・兵庫（年度により変動）を巡り、「世界津波の日の11月5日には和歌山県広川町で避難訓練に参加してきました。地域の実情に即し、女性の視点を重視した防災計画を練るプログラムとして実施してきた本研修でしたが、2020・21年度はコロナ禍によりオンラインでの開催となりました。2022年度の今回は、9月からのオンライン研修と2023年3月の対面ワークショップを組み合わせたハイブリッド型で実施。サモアでの最終ワークショップには、オンライン研修から選抜されたファイナリスト18名が、キリバス、サモア、ソロモン諸島、トンガ、パプアニューギニア、フィジー、ミクロネシア、インド、フィリピンから参加します。, 本年は、本研修の骨子の一つである「仙台防災枠組2015-...
