11 July, New York, USA - UNITAR and UNDESA held a joint session on learning and data for the SDGs on 11 July on the sidelines of the HLPF, a dedicated annual mechanism for reviewing progress on the SDGs. 国連ユニタールイラク奨学プログラムは、イラクの社会経済の安定に貢献する地域に根ざしたビジネスの発展と強化のために、若手起業家の育成とリーダーシップスキルの向上を図る研修プログラムです。本研修の目的は、ハードスキル（理論・手法・ツールなど）とソフトスキル（自己および対人関係に関するスキル）の両方を強化することです。ハードスキルとしては、事業立ち上げや実施に必要な計画立案、ビジネス／収益戦略、ニーズアセスメント、営業・マーケティング戦略、モニタリング評価の手法などについて学びます。ソフトスキルとしては、事業運営に必要なチームワーク戦略、コミュニケーションやプレゼン、リーダーシップ、課題の特定と解決に必要なスキルなどを学んでいきます。

23 April 2019, Geneva, Switzerland – 24 technical experts from the government and academic institutions in Uganda successfully completed a one-week course in the use of Earth observations (EO) and geographic information system (GIS) for hazard assessment, delivered by UNOSAT from 25 to 29 March 2019 in Kampala, Uganda.
