As far as he can remember, Algerian born Noureddine Benaidja always expressed interest for a position in the public sector, not a surprise as both his parents pursued their careers working for the government. After four years at Alger's Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), he started to work for the Interior Ministry since 2001. He then studied law, both in Algeria and in France. UNITAR Division for Prosperity launched its new training programme “Bolstering livelihoods: Digital reskilling for Ukrainian women evacuees in Poland” on 16 October 2023 at an event in Warsaw.
Guests included government officials, programme partners, academic institutions, NGOs and a participant of the new training.
The training programme will run from October 2023 to March 2024. Close to 1000 Ukrainian women evacuees in Poland have applied.
