The 2011 edition attracted participants from 10 different countries, essentially disaster managers working for national governments, UN organizations and NGOs. The analysis, based on very high-resolution satellite imagery collected on 6 and 7 January, paints a stark picture of the extent of devastation in the Gaza Strip.
