2021年3月10日・広島 ー 今年度の国連ユニタール広島事務所/国連ユニタール持続可能な繁栄局による核軍縮・不拡散に関する研修が3月2日に始まりました。核兵器禁止条約の発効や新戦略兵器削減条約(新START)の延長など新たな兆しも芽生える一方、新型コロナにより世界的な交渉の場自体が狭まり、核軍縮に関する議論が停滞するなど課題も深刻です。交渉技術を学ぶニーズは引き続き高く、今回新たにオンラインのコースを開発いたしました。ウェビナーや「EdApp」を活用したモバイルでの講習、交渉を実践的に学ぶ小グループでの学びなどを予定しており、包括的核実験禁止条約機関(CTBTO)コンサルティングアドバイザーのタリク・ラウフ氏をはじめとする専門家や同事務所が拠点を置く広島の方々の協力を得て練り上げられたものです。
