2024年1月24日、広島 ― 国連ユニタール持続可能な繁栄局は、2024年2月10日(土)午前10時から午前11時30分まで、広島平和記念資料館メモリアルホールで公開フォーラム「核軍縮と平和な世界の実現」を、一般社団法人国連ユニタール協会と共催します。このフォーラムは、国際紛争の現況や核軍縮に関する理解を深め、参加者に平和な世界の実現について考えていただくことを目的としています。
パネリストとして、核兵器禁止条約交渉会議で議長を務めたコスタリカ元ジュネーブ国連大使のエレイン・ホワイト氏、元国際原子力機関（IAEA）検証安全保障政策課長のタリク・ラウフ氏、公益財団法人広島平和文化センター理事長・平和首長会議事務総長の香川剛廣氏が登壇します。参加費無料（参加には事前登録が必要）。日英同時通訳あり。
