15 March 2016, Geneva, Switzerland - The 6th UN CC:Learn Annual Meeting took place from 23rd to 25th February 2016, in Geneva, Switzerland. It brought together representatives of 8 partner countries and 16 UN agencies. Participating agencies included: the CEB Secretariat, FAO, ILO, IMO, UNDP, UNECA, UNEP, UNESCO, the UNFCCC Secretariat, UN-Habitat, UNICEF, UNITAR, UNSSC, WHO, WMO, and the World Bank. 2021年6月14日・広島 ― 国連ユニタール持続可能な繫栄局の諮問委員会が、2021年6月10日にオンラインで開催されました。諮問委員のMichael A. Fors氏、Linda A. Hill氏、 Hans Jurgen Hoyer氏、 Ashleigh Owens氏、Jos Verbeek氏と、国連ユニタールのニキル・セス総代表、持続可能な繁栄局の隈元美穂子局長が集まり、同局の2020年の成果と今後の目標について話し合いました。
Michael Fors氏は、ユニタールの研修のオンライン化についてこのように述べました。
国連ユニタールのチームが、迅速かつ臨機応変にオンライン研修に切り替えたことは大いに評価に値する。簡単に見えるようで、様々な苦労があったと思います。

Fega Ayu Pangestika, a disaster management analyst from Indonesia, became interested in disaster response after observing how her grandfather reacted during the 2010 Mount Merapi eruption. She noticed that spiritual leaders influenced people's actions during the crisis, prompting her to explore more culturally sensitive disaster management strategies. The year 2023 was a very special and exciting one for the UNITAR Division for Prosperity, as we celebrated not only the 60th anniversary of UNITAR but also the 20th of the Hiroshima Office, which is a part of the Division for Prosperity.
