人間の安全保障の観点から海洋環境を総合的に分析するために2002年度に「国連ユニタール広島事務所 海洋と人間の安全保障に関する研修」が始まりました。本研修では海洋分野の政策立案者間の情報の共有や能力強化を行うことを目的としています。, 研修ごとに異なるテーマを設置していますが、本研修受講後には研修生は下記の項目を理解し達成することを目的とします。
