国連ユニタールイラク奨学プログラムは、イラクの社会経済の安定に貢献する地域に根ざしたビジネスの発展と強化のために、若手起業家の育成とリーダーシップスキルの向上を図る研修プログラムです。本研修の目的は、ハードスキル（理論・手法・ツールなど）とソフトスキル（自己および対人関係に関するスキル）の両方を強化することです。ハードスキルとしては、事業立ち上げや実施に必要な計画立案、ビジネス／収益戦略、ニーズアセスメント、営業・マーケティング戦略、モニタリング評価の手法などについて学びます。ソフトスキルとしては、事業運営に必要なチームワーク戦略、コミュニケーションやプレゼン、リーダーシップ、課題の特定と解決に必要なスキルなどを学んでいきます。
本プログラムは2016年度に開始し、毎年約6か月間に海外で2回、イラクで2回ワークショップを行い、起業に必要なスキル、プロジェクト運営やリーダーシップスキルを学び、若手起業家の育成を図ります。研修生は各ワークショップで課題を与えられ、次のワークショップまでに課題を仕上げ、メンターやイラク在住のコーチのアドバイスを受けながら、最終的には個人の事業計画書を作成します。2017年度から、優秀な研修卒業生はコーチとして次年度の研修にボランティアで参加できる制度を設け、研修生をサポートしています。, 本プログラムは開始以来、...
