ユニタール南スーダン奨学プログラムは、2015年から2019年までの過去5回のサイクルにおいて、多くの学びを得ました。
本研修では、南スーダン若手から中堅の専門家を対象に、南スーダンの地域のニーズや起業背景に合わせたデザインの作成目的に、イラク国内青年層の知識、スキル、姿勢の成長に向けた方法に焦点を与える12ヶ月の研修を行っています。
南スーダンの国内人口の3分の2は30歳未満であり、若者の90%は正規の雇用につけない状態でいます。多くの南スーダン人が生活のサポートをコミュニティーや家族から得ている状態で、職を得ることは最優先の課題となっています。また、南スーダンは、長い戦乱を経験したことにより、経済が不安定な状況にあります。加えて、政府の支出の多くが軍部に充てられている中、治安の維持が社会の最重要課題となっています。このような南スーダンの状況を考慮し、ユニタール南スーダン奨学プログラムは、南スーダンの青年層のより良い未来のために必要とされるプロジェクトマネジメント、リーダーシップ、そしてビジネススキルを得る機会を研修生へ提供します。
