The DAE, under the Ministry of Agriculture in Bangladesh, has more than 25,000 workers in their department and is the largest ministry in the country. 2021年6月1日・広島 - 国連ユニタール持続可能な繫栄局は、2020年度の「架け橋に ー 南スーダン起業・プロジェクト企画プログラム」を6月1日に開始いたしました。日本政府の支援のもとで実施される本プログラムでは、南スーダンの様々な分野で活躍する若手75人が6か月間のオンライン研修によって、社会的起業のスキル、経営分析やプロジェクト立案計画などについて学びます。
南スーダンではインターネット環境が十分に整っておらず、研修生が携帯電話などの低容量のデータ環境でも学べるよう、成人向けのマイクロラーニングを取り入れた無料アプリEdAppを活用します。また、インターネット接続に必要な機材も用意しています。
