Enes Karaibrahimoglu heard about the opportunity to translate the course “Defending Human Rights in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” and jumped at the chance to get involved in translation for Turkish.
The course was created by UNITAR and UNESCO, while SALTO Participation & Information Resource Centre (SALTO PI) took the lead in coordinating translation efforts.
Enes hopes that translating the course into Turkish and other languages will foster more discussion about the use of AI, by getting more people interested in AI.

17 June 2011, Geneva, Switzerland. Recently MDP trained eleven Geneva based diplomats on Conference Diplomacy. The two day workshop “Introduction on Conference Diplomacy” is intended to familiarize junior diplomats with the world of conference diplomacy and help them overcome obstacles. UNOSAT is increasingly active in both crowdsourcing and geo-tagging. To expand its experience in the latter, UNOSAT is working in partnership with the Citizen Cyberscience Centre to test an experimental geo-tagging system called Gloe, developed by HP Labs, a sponsor of the CCC project.
