The related postgraduate qualifications in Conflict, Peace and Security, offered jointly by UNITAR, Division for Peace and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), focus on specific parts of the curriculum of the Master’s Degree in Lifelong Learning in Conflict, Peace and Security, providing leaners with academic flexibility depending on their interests and professional needs. ※リンク先が英文となっている場合があります。ご了承ください。, 2022年11月22日、東アフリカ地域政府間開発機構事務局は国際連合開発計画（UNDP）・ユニタールと共同で、女性を対象とした起業・金融リテラシーオンライン研修を東アフリカで開始しました。25名の女性起業家がパイロット事業に参加し、5週間のオンライン研修と1週間の地域別対面ワークショップに取り組んでいます。研修を通して、参加者の起業及び金融に関する能力を強化し、参加者が自身でビジネスの機会を見出し、地域課題の解決に貢献することを目指しています。
なお同研修は、2021年にユニタールが実施した、アフリカにおけるジェンダー平等と女性の地位向上プロジェクトにおける、研修ニーズ調査の結果に基づいて作成されました。
