CIFAL Saudi Arabia was established in 2022 in collaboration with Majmaah University which has a particular interest in promoting training activities related to economic development, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability and encouraging academics, researchers, and specialists to play a greater role that contributes to achieving this vision.

CIFAL Saudi Arabia's objective is to provide a range of learning opportunities and facilitate knowledge sharing between public servants and leaders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to strengthen capacities, improve the decision-making process and encourage sustainable development.

Professor Aiman Jameel Albarakati is an experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. He is skilled in Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering Management, Graph Theory, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Strong education professional with a Doctorate of Philosophy focused on Computational Science and Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
