パネリストとして、核兵器禁止条約交渉会議で議長を務めたコスタリカ元ジュネーブ国連大使のエレイン・ホワイト氏、元国際原子力機関（IAEA）検証安全保障政策課長のタリク・ラウフ氏、公益財団法人広島平和文化センター理事長・平和首長会議事務総長の香川剛廣氏が登壇します。参加費無料（参加には事前登録が必要）。日英同時通訳あり。
