Nearly 20 diplomats and government officials from Asian countries completed the UNITAR Hiroshima Nuclear Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Training Programme, held 13-18 February 2023. The diplomats updated their understanding of the global nuclear debate and met young activists to learn about their initiatives for a nuclear-free world. The programme’s past two cycles were run virtually due to COVID-19-related restrictions.
