A UNITAR training course to develop capacities of Kenyan diplomats was launched on Monday in Nairobi, Kenya. The course is an initiative of the Kenyan Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and benefits 38 junior and mid-career diplomats.
