The programme will run across three weeks, with two three-hour sessions per week (six sessions in total). The sessions will cover:

• Responsible and Ethical Use of AI at Work
• AI and Decision-Making
• Navigating AI Governance Frameworks
• AI in Negotiations
• How to customize Your Own Negotiation GPT

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to;

• Understand the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence: Gain understanding of what AI is, how it works, and its historical context.
• Assess AI's impact on work: Explore how AI is transforming various jobs and industries through automation and the rise of new job roles.
• Apply AI ethically in professional settings: Learn best practices for responsible and ethical AI usage in the workplace.
