December 2020, Geneva, Switzerland - We are pleased to announce that UN SDG:Learn has new functionalities that allows users to register on the platform and get recommendations on the learning and make own learning lists. In addition, one get certified on SDG Primer test directly on the platform.
The recommendations are provided based on the learning preference around 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and three cross-cutting areas such as 2030 Agenda, Leave No One Behind and Breaking the silos which covers the topics of policy coherence, integrated planning and systems thinking approach. All users now can log in and save their learning wish list in their profiles which allows keeping track of your learning and having a personalized learning path.
The SDG Primer test available on the platform is based on the Foundational Primer on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the SDG Primer e-course developed by the UN Sustainable Development Group and SDG Primer e-course. It is a self-assessment of your knowledge of sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda and its SDGs as the overarching framework guiding the UN work on the ground.
UN SDG:Learn serving as a gateway to the learning solutions of 59 partners allows to have one entry point to the wealth of the learning solutions of all partners. With new courses and microlearning resources regularly, the platform stays updated with the latest knowledge in the domain of SDGs and the 2030 Agenda.
