The University of the Philippines and CIFAL Philippines are offering the Professional Master in Migration Studies, which is an interdisciplinary degree program that provides a theoretical and practical understanding of migration in the context of sustainable development. It utilizes a blended learning (online and face-to-face) methodology to make migration studies more accessible, responsive and innovative for students. This program will help produce graduates capable of critically assessing migration opportunities and challenges through various perspectives and enable them to propose practical solutions to contemporary and emerging issues. The degree program aims to prepare graduates for professional careers in migration and mobility management by strengthening their analytical and critical thinking, academic and professional ethics, and problem-solving abilities.
