In collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the MacArthur Foundation, UNITAR is holding a side event to the 54th session of the Commission on the Status of Women. The side event about "female migration" will discuss the opportunities and challenges female migrants face in relation to women empowerment and gender equality.
