CIFAL Philippines with the support of the Department of Transportation (DOTR) of the Philippines implements a national road safety campaign to raise awareness about the role of youth in keeping roads safe in the country.

CIFAL Philippines in collaboration with Honda Philippines are implementing educational campaigns targeting youth and motorcyclists in the Philippines. 

The “Teen SMART” Campaign and workshops aim to equip young people with knowledge about road signs, traffic rules, and a sensible driving attitude. Examples of irresponsible driving are presented to encourage road users to always practice safe and defensive driving.

Through this Campaign and related activities, students participate in a test drive session aimed at teaching youth the correct techniques in riding a motorcycle. The test drive emphasizes the need for proper safety precautions for motorcycle-riding, especially the use of helmets.
