The Master in Strategic Leadership and Artificial Intelligence is an AI leadership programme designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to lead in a rapidly evolving digital and global environment. 

Developed by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in partnership with Gulf Colleges, this programme combines artificial intelligence, strategic leadership, governance, and decision-making, preparing participants to navigate complex challenges in the age of AI. 

The first cohort is expected to begin in September 2026, delivered in a hybrid format combining online learning with in-person modules, both in Geneva and Riyadh. 

Artificial intelligence is reshaping how organizations operate, make decisions, and define strategy. Leaders today must understand not only how AI works, but how to apply it responsibly and effectively. 

This master’s degree helps participants: 

• Develop strategic leadership skills for the AI-driven era  
• Understand the impact of artificial intelligence on organizations, governance, and decision-making  
• Lead innovation, digital transformation, and organizational change initiatives  
• Navigate emerging ethical, policy, and governance challenges related to AI and new technologies

These expenses are not included in the fees. Students are responsible for the following expenses on their own:
