Jose Antonio Fares

Mr. Fares is the Superintendent of the Social Service of Industry (SESI) at the Federation of Industries of the State of Parana. He is also the Director Superintendent of Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL), Directorate-General to the School of Industry of Parana, and Executive Director of CIFAL Curitiba.

Additionally, he has served as President of the Parana State Section of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH-PR) between 2001 and 2006, Institutional Relations Director at the Brazilian Association of Human resources ABRH-Nacional, and Professor of various post-graduation courses in the areas of Corporate Education, Human Resource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. Previously he was the Director of Human Resources and Director of Government Relations of Robert Bosch Ltda.

He holds a Master’s in Business Management and a Specialization in Human Resource Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV in Brazil.
