This map illustrates a land cover classification of a 11 September 2014 LANDSAT-8 image. The classification surrounds the Leitchuor and Nip-Nip Camps in Gambella, Ethiopia. It has been divided into the following four classes:
Swamp/Waters, Bare Soil / Sparse Vegetation, Dense Vegetation and Vegetation.This is a preliminary analysis & has not yet been validated in the field. Please send ground feedback to UNITAR / UNOSAT.
