Multiple villages including the city of Chokwe appear to be within the flood zone along the river and are likely affected by the flood waters, indicated by the SPOT imagery in blue. Please note that the red coloring in the imagery represents vegetation. Sections of road and railroad are also potentially affected, in addition to the Chokwe airport. This is a preliminary analysis & has not yet been validated in the field. Please send ground feedback to UNITAR / UNOSAT.
