New Partnerships
UNITAR, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and UNDP Saudi Arabia announce new project aimed to strengthen the foreign diplomacy in Saudi Arabia.
UNITAR is developing a course for the Police Division of the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations on gender mainstreaming police in peacekeeping.
UNITAR and the INTOSAI Development Initiative of Norway partner to deliver course on the implementation of International Standards for Supreme Audit Institutions across developing countries.

UNITAR signed a contribution agreement with the United Nations Environment Programme to develop an online training and knowledge sharing platform on how to develop inventories of mercury pollution. The Swiss Federal Office for the Environment is also contributing to this partnership. The platform will support the entry into force of the future global legally binding instrument on mercury
