methodological approachUNITAR utilizes varied methodological approaches. In its e-Learning courses the Institute aims at optimizing the use of available technologies with the objective of offering multiple-instructional settings, catering for personal learning styles, and favoring, as much as possible, non-linear learning paths to develop just-in-time skills of adult learners. Blended learning solutions are also utilized for particular training activities.  

The Institute adopts instructional design methods that valorize interaction and support explorative and collaborative learning. Social activities are frequently incorporated to support the learning process, facilitate networking among professionals, and encourage learning and experience sharing, including beyond the duration of the courses.

As much as the range of e-Learning courses offered by UNITAR vary in thematic topics, duration, design, tools adopted, and types of learning activities, they share unique methodologies that support and facilitate the achievement of established learning objectives. The courses offer enhanced opportunities for the continuous development of knowledge and skills through customized pedagogical approaches.
