This course introduces the history and challenges of the regionalization and decentralization processes, both in Morocco and in Spain. Although the two experiences differ, they have a common feature in relation to their administrative systems.
The main objective of this seminar is to provide tools to improve the decision making and financial effectiveness of the regionalization and decentralization processes in Spain and Morocco.
By the end of this seminar, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the Moroccan experience in the field of decentralization
- Understand the role of sustainable development for the economic and tourist development of cities
The seminar is comprised of 3 learning lectures, following a Q&A session.
Students and researchers of the Law Faculty at the Abdelmalek Essaadi University.
