Entrepreneurs of community tourism in rural areas are extremely concerned about the possible impacts of COVID 19 national restrictions in this field. Reflecting on the importance of this topic to boost economic development in Ecuador, CIFAL Ecuador-CONGOPE and El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado el Oro  provides a platform to dialogue with international and national experts to exchange experiences on this topic.

This event aims to dialogue on the importance of the reactivation of rural tourism and the role of Provincial Governments to strengthen the capacities of the actors in the territory, and the public-private management for the development of projects. 

The event is comprised of presentations followed by Q&A sessions.
