CIFALJeju (South Korea) was established in 2010, to build regional local government capacities on localising green growth and human security through an annual series of specialised workshops. Based in South Korea’s model province for decentralisation and green growth test-beds, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, the CIFAL leverages South Korea’s expertise in green growth, green technology, and human security, to strengthen knowledge exchange of good practices and City-to-City Cooperation (C2C) in the region.
