This One UN side-event organized by the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), the UN Development Programme (UNDP) and UNITAR/UN CC:Learn in partnership with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will take place in the margins of the 18th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), 26 November to 7 December 2012. This event will showcase experiences with building national capacity and strengthening skills development for Technology Needs Assessments (TNAs), Technology Action Plans (TAPs) and Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action (NAMAs) in developing countries through south-south learning and international cooperation.
